Meet Dr. Mechelle Roberthon
I’m a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS), and a keynote/workshop presenter. My background includes, but is not limited to, curating signature internal learning experiences, leveraging adult learning principles for learner engagement and retention, learning management system administration, improving internal performance workflows, and establishing collaborative relationships. I received a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. I hold a Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Training and Performance Improvement.

Globally, I’m a member of the Association of Talent Development; where I have published several works by magazine, research report commentary, and blogs. I am among the inaugural members of the Talent Development Think Tank, a community where learning professionals come together to share best practices, access valuable resources, stay informed about trends, learn from experts, and collectively address challenges.
I’ve worked as a senior leader in Talent Development, and Business Operations. I’ve been featured on 10 podcasts, I’ve facilitated over 50 speaking engagements, taught over 500 corporate courses, served on several boards of directors/advisory committees, and received numerous awards. I’m also an experienced adjunct professor.

Headliner Speaking Engagement
Typically, workshops, keynotes, and commencement events where my name, image, and likeness (NIL) are being used as the main attraction. Keynote and Commencement services will only include a speech. Workshops will include a presentation that will be shared with the host, handouts/worksheets, and a 70-20-10 development plan on the topic (For further learning).
